Carole is the lead trainer for Inspire to Motivate. She is an INLPTA
registered NLP Coach Trainer, Adolescent Counsellor and Career Guidance
Practitioner with over eighteen years' experience of unlocking potential in
young people as well as supporting the families and professionals involved
in their lives.
She provides counselling to teenagers and young adults, both in and out of education, on a wide range of emotional and behavioural issues as well as career coaching and mock interview practice to university applicants and those seeking their first jobs. She also works with vulnerable young people at risk of disengaging from education, the NEET group, teenage mums, young offenders and children leaving care.
Raised and educated in England and abroad, Carole is a graduate of Nottingham University and a former Public Relations Consultant. She has two teenage children and is currently studying for an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy, leading towards UKCP and HPC registration. She has an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure.
